Your Role

As Head of Finance, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in building a robust financial infrastructure to support Tembi's growth. You will be part of our leadership team and drive strategic financial decisions and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with Tembi's objectives.
• Reporting and Analysis: Oversee financial reporting, providing insights to stakeholders and guiding data-driven decisions.
• KPI Development: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess business performance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting processes, scenario planning, and financial modelling.
• Liquidity Management: Ensure effective cash flow management.
• Pricing Strategy: Collaborate on pricing models to optimize revenue.
• Investor Relations: Participate in fundraising activities and maintain relationships with investors.
• Compliance and HR Administration: Oversee compliance with financial regulations and manage HR administrative functions.

Who We’re Looking For

You are a focused, analytical, and ambitious finance professional with experience in SaaS or similar subscription-type companies. You possess:

• A degree in finance or a related field.
• Several years of experience in a similar role within a startup or scale-up environment.
• Likely a background in auditing, CFO services, or operational finance roles.
• Experience with venture capital-backed companies is advantageous.
• A proven ability to deliver results in dynamic and fast-paced settings.

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations. Your financial acumen enables you to provide insights that drive business performance and growth.
